On Sunday July 23rd 2023 at 1.00pm, Paignton SNU Spiritualist Centre held the very first same sex marriage in Torbay.
The couple were Miss Tina Taylor and Miss Sharon McCarthy, also the Officiant was Minister Kim Moore-Cullen. It was a lovely day for them and over 50 people turned up. The catering was done by Dee Mulhall and Tina Hooks.
The music on the day was done by Alex and Catherine . Alex is the Centre’s organist and Catherine is Alex’s sister and they both called ‘New Street’.
